Wouldn't your children love a playroom like this? As part of a remodel project of a lower level, loving parents commissioned a room adjacent to the family room especially for their little ones. Great colors and kid-friendly furniture are just part of the package for this room. We've also done new lighting, carpeting, and a fun design on the walls.

This lower-level kitchen and snack bar are great for entertaining. Custom cabinets, a porcelain tile floor with a terrific natural stone look, and a finished ceiling with excellent lighting take this room from being a simple basement rehab to a place where the homeowners can welcome guests and enjoy great memories together.

The lower level above began with a new staircase that opened up new possibilities for entering the space with an elegance usually reserved for main-floor stairs. It opened the space up and allowed more light to reach the lower level.

The open feeling continued in the lounging and entertainment spaces that are served by the new kitchenette. Careful paint color choices defined the new spaces and added to the warmly-inviting feel.
